The sommelier's advice
Temperature Serve between 10 and 12°C.
Food Served on the rocks, it can be harmoniously complemented with "fresh" ingredients that enhance the final freshness. We recommend a few mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit peel, or a few cardamom seeds.

The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Moët & Chandon, the flagship Champagne house founded in Epernay in 1743, is today the largest producer of Champagne wines, notably thanks to its brut Impérial champagne, which represents the bulk of its production.

With the assurance of selected supplies and ultra-modern winemaking techniques led by the excellent cellar master Benoît Gouez, the House continues to please the world with creamy champagnes of great aromatic precision, with toasty and lemony notes.
Wine The Blanc Ice Impérial Champagne is a semi-dry wine specially designed to be served on ice or in cocktails. This is why it is distinguished by its fruity intensity (tropical fruits and ripe stone fruits), its generosity and its freshness with touches of citrus and ginger. An explosion of sweet and fruity flavors to be enjoyed chilled over ice with a dash of Aperol and a touch of grapefruit bitters.
Vinification Hand harvested. Composed of Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), Pinot Meunier (30 to 40%), Chardonnay (10% to 20%) and 20 to 30% of reserve wines.

Dosage : 45 g/l.
