The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A flagship Champagne house founded in Epernay in 1743, Moët & Chandon is today the world's largest producer of champagne wines, notably through its brut Impérial, which accounts for the bulk of its production.

Backed by carefully selected supplies and ultra-modern winemaking techniques led by the excellent cellar master Benoît Gouez, the House continues to win worldwide acclaim for its creamy, aromatically precise wines, with their highly unifying toasty and lemony notes.
Wine The most popular champagne in the world, Moët & Chandon's Champagne Brut Impérial represents the bulk of this Grande Maison's production. A universal Champagne, totally at ease at the table or as an aperitif, its nose develops a brioche, breadcrumbs and wheat palette, with a good foundation of Pinot Noir grapes and a touch of reserve wine that adds relief. The broad texture, supported by a creamy mousse, is instantly seductive.
Vinification Hand harvested, 20-30% reserve wines.

Dosage: 9 g/l.
