The distillery
The distillery With a style of its own, the Mortlach distillery has a singular history. Founded in 1823, it was one of the few houses allowed to produce alcohol during World War II and today, it is still renowned for its unique whiskies.

In a region known for its fruity, rounded style of whisky, Mortlach stands out from other Speyside single malts thanks to its intense, bold flavors, without the peat, thanks to triple distillation, which is more than any other Scotch.
Spirits The 12 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a vibrant and bold single malt. Aged in unpeated Bourbon and Sherry casks, it is distinguished by its incredible intensity, but also by its airy, light and lively character. The fruity and spicy aromas are accompanied by fresh and floral notes in a very balanced profile, with a rare complexity for a malt of this age. Combining the structural power of a single malt with the refinement and complexity of the greatest blends, this whisky remains without comparison!
Elaboration Not peated. Aged in Bourbon and Sherry casks. Distilled 2.81 times, it is cut, recut, blended and distilled, this allows to extract the essence of the raw material.
