The tasting
Color Luminous rosé, brilliant with copper hues, with a very fine and regular bubble. Very fine wadded cord.
Nose Very pure and elegant, with fruity aromas (peach, apricot, nectarine) but also roses, peonies, blood orange and pink grapefruit zest. This rosé takes us directly to the South of France!
Palate Pure, very crisp, fine and tangy, this wine offers a real sensation of freshness. We crunch in the fresh summer fruits with stone such as peach, apricot and nectarine. The fine texture is thirst-quenching. It is accompanied by a very pleasant bubble in the palate that emphasizes the aromas without ever dominating!

Wine Organic, vegan and with very little dosage, Chant des Cigales Rosé is a quivering bubble, a precise blend of eight grape varieties from the south of France. Of great aromatic complexity, it reveals beautiful perfumes of peach, apricot, nectarine with a saline bubble and great freshness, relayed by light floral notes. A wine of great delicacy, to be tasted fresh or with an ice cube, as an aperitif.
Vinification Made from 8 grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tibouren. Produced with partner cooperatives located in the South of France. Vinified as a press rosé. Rosé 'brut nature', no sugar added after the foaming process. Fermented in closed tanks, aged for 3 months on lees and then 2 months in bottle. Certified organic and vegan wine.
