The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Dom Pérignon is the most famous Champagne in the world. A very special and unique Champagne which has always been shrouded in secrecy. This wine in particular is a tribute to the monk Pierre Pérignon who, in the silence of the Hautvilliers Abber, is said to have mastered the art of blending, creating the very first champagne bottles.

With its powerful personality, its long and tasty finish, Dom Pérignon is an absolute treasure of the Champagne region. A wine that is always born out of a specific vintage.
Wine The Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 Champagne is an epitome of complexity. Relying on an artistic balance between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a result of brilliant selection and surgical precision in its crafting, it consistently delivers the quintessence of the vintage. An elusive Champagne, it is just at the beginning of its long journey, as it will continue to unfold its myriad layers over time. At this stage, its precise and delicate nature is appreciated, reconnecting with the glorious past of late vintages. Enveloping, precise, elegant, and airy, with a magnificent saline sensation that carries the finish and reveals deep coherence, it heralds immense potential. Rated 95+/100 by Parker.
Vinification Harvested by hand, aged 8 years in the cellar.
