The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A major figure in the Southern Rhône Valley, the Perrin family has made Château Beaucastel the emblem of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and one of the most innovative and brilliant properties in the appellation.

In this leading appellation, the symbol of its success, its talent is exercised in all its dimensions through an impeccable range of wines, all of which bear the mark of its intransigence and its "touch".
Wine The 2021 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Sinards is very classic in style, developing beautiful aromas of fennel, anise and white flowers. The palate asserts itself with authority but without being overpowering, with a lot of richness, fatness and above all a superb freshness. A rare bottle (only 6% of the appellation is dedicated to this color) to discover with cooked fish or fresh cheeses. Rated 91/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Pressing on arrival at the cellar in a pneumatic press. Static cold settling, without any addition. Alcoholic fermentation in vats. Aged in demi-muids for several months with regular stirring.
Wine from parcels managed by the Château de Beaucastel team. Vineyard of 2.5 ha which is part of what is called "Le Clos du Château". Terroir composed of alpine diluvium deposits, pebbles and clay.
