The intense 2021 Red Cotes du Rhone Reserve is bursting with attractive notes of black fruit, notably blackberry, and well-developed tannins. It's a very dense wine, with a lovely palate, still young but with real potential. A fine success underlined by aromas of violets, a wine of great caliber that can be drunk young but will progress within 2 years. Pair with red meats, such as daube. |
