The 2021 red Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Sinards offers freshness with notes of black fruit and spices, showcasing the juicy character of the vintage. It comes from the young vines of Beaucastel, the family Clos for the Syrahs, and a vineyard located 4 km from Beaucastel for the Grenaches. This wine is already very enjoyable, with a digestible, savory, and fresh structure. A great bottle for aging, it pairs well with veal chops, roasted poultry, or duck strips, for example. Rated 94/100 by the Committee. |

Hand-picked for each grape variety. Part of the Syrah is vinified in whole bunches, while the Grenache and Mourvèdre are destemmed. Fermentation in truncated wooden vats for the Mourvèdre and Syrah, and in traditional concrete and enamelled stoneware vats for the Grenache. Blending of the different grape varieties. Aged in foudres for 2 years. |
