The 2021 red Côtes de Provence Fantastique wine combines Syrah and Grenache with confidence and success. Fresh and concentrated, it unfolds a silky palate with satiny, powdery tannins, accents of cocoa, spices, and balsamic touches. It is a great wine in the making, sitting on a beautiful structure, with ripe and precise flavors of fruit, and supported by a relevant maturation in barrels. A luxurious ensemble judiciously refreshed on the finish by notes of morello cherry and blackcurrant! Ideal with a Provençal stew or a lamb confit. |
