The estate and the wine |
With its prime location on the slopes of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and its distinction of Crus Classé des Côtes de Provence, Minuty has been producing wines of worldwide success for over 25 years. |

The signature wine of the château, in Magnum format the 2022 Côtes de Provence Minuty Prestige Rosé, combines fresh fruit flavors with a beautiful lightness. Citrus fruits and red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry) abound in a chiseled, precise, clean texture, with nice iodine and lemon notes on the finish. A beautiful, dashing rosé for an aperitif, to be reserved for fried food and all Mediterranean cuisine. A real treat! |
