With its distinctive wild strawberry notes, the Champagne RSRV Rosé Foujita surprises and delights. Very tasty, full-bodied, and deep, it develops beautiful aromas of red fruits, morello cherry, and wild raspberry with a lot of class and a hint of zest. The magnificent bubbles add density and firmness, creating a vinous and rich rosé of great precision. With substance, body, and persistence, it's a superb rosé for meals, splendidly accompanying lobster. Rated 93/100 by the Committee. |

Manual harvesting. RSRV Rosé is a blend of six grand crus belonging to the Mumm house. The still red wine from Ambonnay completes this aromatic marriage and gives it its rosy hue. The grapes from each cru are pressed and vinified separately. 30% of reserve wines are added to perpetuate the style year after year. Aged for 4 years on laths. Dosage: 6g/l. |
