A Selection Committee Favorite rated 92/100, the 2021 Côtes du Rhône Le Temps est Venu Rosé wine is seductive. With its pomelo hues, its citrus, blackberries and red grapes aromas, it is a charming wine who will delight any good rosé amateur. A bottle that is more to pair with dishes than an aperitif, built just as well as a white wine, with a lot of freshness, complexity and balance. There is a real density here, it’s far from being a regular rosé. You will easily pair it with exotic and spicy food, a fish bake or a pissaladière. |
