The estate and the wine |
Created in the late 60's, Domaine Olivier extends over Santenay, then Savigny-les-Beaune, Pommard and Nuits-Saint-Georges. In recent years the estate has been managed by Antoine and Rachel Olivier who aim to combine modern methods with respect for the "terroir". |

Le Santenay Clos des Champs Carafe White 2008 is a smiling expression of the Chardonnay. This is a totally fresh and light wine. Fleshy and mouth filling on entry, this is the perfect springboard from which the exotic aromatic range of plant extracts, citron and sandalwood can express themselves. Drink while still young and fruity. It's delicious! |
