The estate and the wine

His winemaking expertise and infectious passion have elevated the estate’s wines to the pinnacle of the Corbières appellation, offering wine lovers a fresh and compelling expression of this historic region.

Certified organic, the estate uses only native yeasts, and the wines are matured in both barrels and large wooden casks to enhance complexity and structure. Every cuvée reflects a deep commitment to authenticity and precision. Today, the domaine is a goldmine of honest, terroir-driven wines that remain true to their roots and speak clearly of their origin.
Wine Since its first vintage in 2005, the 2022 Red Corbières-Boutenac Atal Sia  perfectly illustrates Languedoc excellence and the domain's expertise. This fully ripe vintage, with notes of spices, pepper, and violet, delivers a pulpy and indulgent juice, both fresh and ample. It's a wine of great breadth, full-bodied and rich without being heavy in style; an ideal choice for a meat dish in sauce. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Carbonic maceration for all grape varieties, vatting for 12 days. Aged for 12 months in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
