Château Ollieux-Romanis is far more than just a staple of its region—under the guidance of Pierre Bories, it has become one of the most respected names in the Languedoc. Without denying its solar identity, the 2022 white Corbières Cuvée Prestige retains its fresh, juicy and concentrated structure, with notes of yellow fruit, apricot and vine peach, as well as exotic fruit. Without excess, it unfurls an ample, rich, full-bodied structure; it's a full-bodied white that has managed to aging a beautiful final minerality. Rated 91/100 by the Committee. |
