Wine Perfectly balanced, the 2023 White Saint-Véran showcases Chardonnay in its purest form. A delicate hint of toasted notes adds depth without overpowering, while the palate offers a fresh, mouthwatering salinity. The subtle oak influence brings roundness and texture, enhancing the wine’s natural vibrancy and elegance. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Direct pressing of whole grapes, very light settling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels. Light filtration before bottling. No fining.
