Olivier Pithon brings to light the terroir of Calce, the cradle of the greatest Roussillon wines, and produces extremely pure and full-bodied wines that have been awarded 2 stars in the French RVF wine Guide.
For twenty years, this talented winemaker has been working as a true artisan, cultivating 22 hectares of biodynamic vineyards and drawing inspiration from the greatest winemakers, such as Gérard Gauby. The results are unmistakable: fine, silky red and white wines of maximum freshness that reflect the full potential of this elite vineyard. |

Made from carignan, grenache and mourvèdre grapes, the 2018 Red Côtes du Roussillon Laïs reveals on the nose a flattering Mediterranean palette of ripe black fruits and a smoky touch. The slender and full-bodied palate makes for a delightful wine, ready to be enjoyed with pork chop with herbs or spicy cuisine. To be decanted and served slightly chilled. Rated 92/100 by the Committee. |
