What a blessing! The Domaine du Petit Bondieu is reviving the glory days of the Bourgueil and Chinon appellations and is charting an irreproachable trajectory on these terroirs. Installed in Restigné, Thomas Pichet restores, in organic culture, the purest expression of the cabernet franc grape. |

The 2021 Red Bourgueil Céleste has everything to please! Well characterized Cabernet grape, with its notes of graphite and black fruits, it profiles a very fresh nose. The juicy palate, of an excellent maturity, remains digestible, perfectly balanced, and always fresh and pleasant. A delight at this price. Rated 92/100 by the Committee. |
