The estate and the wine |
With 2 stars in the RVF Guide, Domaine Vincent Pinard is one of the shining stars of Sancerre. Florent and Clément Pinard follow a refined, terroir-driven approach to winemaking, embracing biodynamic practices since 2018. Their focus is always on perfect grape maturity, in perfect harmony with the terroir.
When the opportunity came to work a small plot on the La Moussière terroir, they jumped at the chance and set up a dedicated négociant business. Managing both the vineyards and winemaking from start to finish, just like they do on their estate, they craft wines "à la Pinard," offering a fresh expression of their expertise. |

Brimming with freshness and purity, the 2023 Sancerre La Moussière White opens with a refined profile marked by citrus zest and delicate chalky nuances. On the palate, it’s crisp, dry, and beautifully sculpted, with a refined texture, subtle bitterness, and floral overtones leading the way. A savoury, well-balanced wine that’s already drinking beautifully—showcasing the full skill of the Pinard brothers. Rated 92–93/100 by the Selection Committee. |
