Domaine Parigot's Clos de la Perrière Red 2009 is lively and sharp on entry. On the palate, we find delicious notes of red fruit, particularly burlat cherries. Behind a lovely tannic frame, at half its full force, the wine blossoms out into a long, equally fruity finish. |
