Very ripe, of a great purity, well marked by aromas of peony haloed by notes of black fruits and peppery accents. |

Full-bodied, velvety, and powerful with a lot of freshness, harmony and a finish of beautiful persistence on slightly smoked notes. A real favorite, a magnificent Vacqueyras! |

The estate and the wine |
|
|
One of the key players in Michel Chapoutier’s incredible success, Pierre-Henri Morel has since created his own winery, which has become a must-have for amateurs of great Châteauneuf-du-pape and its neighboring terroirs.
Favoring blends of Grenache and Mourvèdre, the winery crafts fresh and intense wines that one simply cannot resist! |

Deep and intense, the 2020 Red Vacqueyras opens on ripe aromas of great purity. Carried by a dominant Grenache and completed by Mourvèdre, this is a very pleasant wine, with notes of peony, pepper and black fruits. The structure is powerful, with a lot of freshness and amplitude, elegant and silky tannins and a nice persistent finish on slightly smoky notes. A perfect Vacqueyras through and through! A Selection Committee Favorite rated 94/100. It will pair beautifully with a piece of beef or hunting dishes. |
