The palate has perfect flavors of ripe fruit and is superb, graceful, and rich.The finesse of its tannins, its freshness and its balance makes it a true wonder. Vinification Hand harvested, 80% of the harvest is matured in stainless steel vats, the remaining 20% in barrels of one to two wines.
