The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine With unfailing regularity and balance, the Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, neighbor to the famous Latour and Pichon Baron, excels in the production of great wines of Pauillac. It has reached new heights in the hands of the Rouzaud family - Louis Roederer and Deutz champagnes, Maison Delas -, who gifted it with a new and state of the art winery and vat house.

Rated 3 stars in the RVF Guide, with a stronger base of Cabernets, it has regained its place as "super second" and has started a new series of legendary wines in the latest vintages. A rise in power now acknowledged by all, in which the wine distinguishes itself from its peers thanks to its classic style and its elegant tannins.
Wine With an undeniable aromatic finesse, the 2019 red Pauillac Pichon Comtesse Reserve is a nuanced and delicate wine. The soft and elegant tannins, the minty freshness coupled with notes of black fruits and cedar make up an already very seductive wine, in a style that does not lack depth and that will surprise you with its faculties of evolution, especially in this great vintage. Enjoy it at the best price !
Vinification Hand harvested. Vinification by plot, vatting by gravity in stainless steel thermo-regulated truncated cone-shaped vats. Aged for 12 months in barrels with 40% new wood.
