The 2021 Red Saint-Joseph Silice reveals all the fruit and appetite of a beautiful, fragrant, and crisp Syrah. The 30-year-old vines and the adjusted aging in barrels and 600 liters offer a complete reading of the grape variety and of the appellation; the lovely fruit, the hints of smoke, and the spices are all that one expects in a very pleasant, full-bodied wine. A quintessential Syrah that will quickly find its full expression today and over the next 5 to 6 years. |
