Pascal Reverdy and his sister-in-law Sophie have long been passionate, exacting voices in Sancerre at Domaine Pascal et Nicolas Reverdy.
With Pascal’s sons, Victorien and Benjamin, now on board, the family is giving the steep slopes of Maimbray a fresh dimension, crafting wines that are racy, precise and mineral, while always letting the juicy, mouthwatering fruit shine through.

Brimming with freshness, the 2024 White Sancerre Terre de Maimbray shows off crisp minerality and vibrant lift, laced with delicate wisteria aromas. You can feel the echo of the stony terroir in this enticing wine, bright with citrus notes and mouthwatering sapidity, carried by a lovely tension. It has the energy to age a few more years, but is already perfect as an aperitif alongside raw fish or goat cheese. Rated 92–93/100 by the Selection Committee. |

Hand harvested grapes. Slow and gentle pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation with selected neutral yeasts. Aged on lees in stainless steel vats for 9 months, with regular stirring at the beginning of the aging process, depending on the tasting of the wine. |
