Wine With beautiful intensity, the 2018 red Beaune 1er Cru Clos du Roi opens with notes of pit fruit; the heart of the palate is juicy, full, and suave, offering a very nice level of 1er Cru and already a very nice reading of this terroir. A wine to start opening with a piece of veal or to wait another 5 to 6 years. Noted 93/100 by the Committee.
