The estate and the wine |

|
Taken over in 1998 by the ambitious and visionary Gérard Perse, Château Pavie has firmly established itself at the summit of Saint-Émilion. Every lever has been pulled to push quality to its highest level, turning Pavie into a truly monumental wine. Arômes de Pavie, the second wine of the estate, is made from younger vines as well as what the château poetically calls “the selection efforts of the Grand Vin.” It captures the essence of Pavie with softer tannins, velvety texture, and an inviting complexity—offering a more approachable expression of the château’s identity. In a region full of classified growths, Arômes de Pavie stands out as a smart, elegant choice—true to its roots and unmistakably Pavie. |
