As remarkable as ever, Château Ducru-Beaucaillou once again delivers a performance that borders on perfection.
In a challenging vintage, precision was the key—meticulous decisions on harvest timing, careful extraction, and élevage (still ongoing) have resulted in a wine with beautiful definition. The estate’s hallmark style—a voluptuous, seamless texture—is very much present in this vintage, which favors finesse over sheer power.
Thanks to the estate’s finely tuned approach and the resources invested, every stage was handled with impressive precision, skillfully avoiding the usual pitfalls of under- or over-extraction and ensuring ideal ripeness.
