With its delicate notes of rose and peony, the 2018 Red Ventoux Silica is playful and savory. It is a wine with an infused substance, carried by these touches of spice, cinnamon, which also carries a great background, a controlled and perfectly framed power. The Grenache (90%) shows its finest score, aged for two thirds in demi-muids and for one third in concrete eggs. The promise is great to see it blossom for many more years!
