Palate On a racy and concentrated palate, this wine delivers delicate and coated tannins. This well-structured wine with delicate spicy nuances expresses the expected and comforting warmth.

Food Red meat pieces, prime rib on a bed of coarse salt, flank steak with shallots and balsamic vinegar sauce, chili con carne.

The estate and the wine Château Pesquié produces joyful, delicious wine with bursting aromas of fruit and soft and well-balanced flavors that one can hardly resist. Its high altitude terroirs gives their wine an incredible freshness for the region, that Robert Parker can’t stop singing the praises of.
Wine A new success story, the 2021 red Ventoux Terrasses delivers a racy, powerful wine with great promise. The beautiful imprint of the Syrah is reflected in a smoky accent, accompanied by a touch of violets and licorice. Full-bodied, concentrated and spicy, set on a ripe base, this is a wine of great dimension, encircled by delicate tannins, with good aging potential. A bottle to be enjoyed over 5 years, with red meat.
Vinification Hand harvested, crushed and destemmed. Maceration and fermentation during 15 days. Traditional vinification. No wood aging. Bottled at the château.
