A new success story, the 2021 red Ventoux Terrasses delivers a racy, powerful wine with great promise. The beautiful imprint of the Syrah is reflected in a smoky accent, accompanied by a touch of violets and licorice. Full-bodied, concentrated and spicy, set on a ripe base, this is a wine of great dimension, encircled by delicate tannins, with good aging potential. A bottle to be enjoyed over 5 years, with red meat. |
