The estate and the wine |
With a captivating approach and organic farming methods, Château Pesquié produces wines irresistibly rich in fruit, boasting tender and succulent textures that are hard to resist. Their high-altitude vineyards yield finely sculpted textures, some of the most radiant in their region.
It should be noted that the estate is under expert guidance. Emmanuel Gagnepain, one of the top oenologists, provides precise and thoughtful counsel. Concurrently, Olivier Poussier keeps a watchful eye on both the blending process and the ever-improving quality of this expansive estate, which spans nearly a hundred hectares. |

The quartet of viognier, roussanne, grenache, and clairette delivers, in this 2022 white Ventoux Terrasses, the most harmonious composition of the moment! A masterful creation where aromas of apricot and citrus blossom in a backdrop of freshness. The restrained aging defines the contours of a sharp, tangy palate, subtly fruity and crisp, perfect for an aperitif or paired with sophisticated fish dishes, be they raw or marinated, like a seabream ceviche. Pure delight! |
