The estate and the wine |

He is the new fan-favorite winemaker from the Loire Valley. Guillaume Sorbe, a sommelier who has worked in the best restaurants, has returned to his family land to produce excellent wines. On Reuilly and Quincy, his white wines are simply unique, far from the standards of the sector.
He was even elected best winegrower of the year 2019 by the famous French guides the RVF and Bettane + Desseauve, who salute his wines as "among the most ambitious of the Loire Valley...". Having access to them is becoming increasingly difficult, but what a reward for those who do!
Reduced surface area, massal selections, garden viticulture: everything here is precise, meticulous, oriented towards quality alone. The amateurs know it, this address is starting to build a solid name for itself: a new talent is born and it is time to take the measure of it because the production is extremely limited! |

The 2021 white Pouilly-Fumé combines finesse and delicacy in a pure, chiseled palate, without excess. The maturity is optimal, the grape juicy, and the fruit well expressed between citrus and white fruits. The dynamics of palate and the tension are ideal; it is a very beautiful white with a saline finish. A very nice success, which is already aiming for the top. |
