The palate seduces with its energy, its harmony around crunchy flavors of fruit, and its fine tannins. A wine that is ready to drink or that can be kept in the cellar for another 5 to 6 years. Vinification Hand harvested during the last two weeks of September. 100% destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and gentle maceration. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
