The estate and the wine |
New recruits from the Chinon area, Thydha, and Nicolas Gonnin, settled there in 2021, acquiring parcels of organic vines, thus creating the Vignoble du RAB. These new converts formulate with ardor and passion a narrow range of wines that have touched the heart of our Selection Committee, which is always looking for this kind of new talent and eager to support the budding vineyards. |

Perfectly crafted and aged without the addition of wood, the 2022 red Chinon deploys ripe notes of Cabernet Franc that is perfectly digestible. Notes of jammy fruit, blackberry in particular, fine graphite as well, a supple and juicy frame, and present tannins compose a perfect educational Chinon. Imparable at this price level! |
