The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Recently awarded 2 stars by the French wine guide RVF, Domaine Rapet Père & Fils shines brightly in Burgundy with timeless wines, built on masterful balance and crafted for long ageing.

A brilliant winemaker, Vincent Rapet — now joined by his son Robin — follows a path of restraint and wisdom, producing wines of remarkable precision, aged in 350-litre barrels. Driven by a pursuit of elegance and purity, he creates ever more captivating wines through organic farming. From humble village wines to the prestigious Corton Grand Cru, each wine unfolds with beautiful clarity, offering freshness, finesse, and genuine character.
Wine From light, south-west facing limestone soils, the 2023 White Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes is a bright, crisp, and refined wine. Its expressive bouquet weaves together fresh fruit aromas—think citrus and white peach—with subtle floral notes and a delicate touch of honey. The palate is structured and well-balanced, underpinned by a pronounced mineral backbone that adds depth and freshness. A perfect match for seafood or goat cheese.
Vinification Hand harvested. Direct pressing, 100% whole grapes. Settling for 24 hours at low temperature. Fermentation and ageing on lees for 12 months in 350-litre barrels, 20% of which are new, with stirring until July.

Certified organic wine from a Level 3 High Environmental Value (HVE) farm.
