The estate and the wine Roche de Bellene is an elite house. Its founder, Nicolas Potel, makes some of the most sensual wines in Burgundy. Very old vines, organic farming… are all finely regulated parameters that forge wines of great caliber, filled with sincere and abundant fruit.

Wine Built for good cellaring around ripe, concentrated aromas of fruit, the 2019 White Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Perrières delivers beautiful nuances of flowers and yellow fruit, joined by some licorice and pastry notes. The generous, rich palate remains extremely fresh and straight A wine produced in limited series that deserves to wait in the cellar. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out in full. Aged in oak barrels. Bottled on March 17, 2021.
