The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine White soil on the most beautiful slopes of Sancerre, unfailing energy, and a crazy talent: the Domaine Roblin benefits from incredible assets and an enviable success under the aegis of Matthias and Emile.

Since 2000, the brothers have been forging wonderful and highly prized wines that are becoming some of the region’s most beloved bottles. A growing success that makes this offer incredibly rare, as the wines are mostly exported out of France…
Wine Fresh and invigorating, the 2021 White Sancerre Origine skillfully handles this racy, chiseled vintage. The nose opens on notes of green apple and juicy pear, with a crisp, chalky side. It remains lively and sharp and extremely light and seductive. One would almost think it was a New Zealand Sauvignon! To be enjoyed with oysters or a seafood platter.
Vinification Hand harvested, fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks, aged for 6 to 9 months on fine lees with more or less frequent stirring of the lees.

HVE certification.
Estate in organic and biodynamic process not certified.
