Its bright, zesty finish is finely tuned and delicately framed by a touch of bitterness, creating a beautifully balanced wine. Perfect as an apéritif, with grilled or meunière-style fish, or even escargots. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation (100%) using indigenous yeasts, followed by 11 months' ageing on lees, without racking or stirring, in oak barrels (70% aged 6 to 12 years and 30% newer). Bottled at and by the estate, light fining (mineral) and filtration.
