Combining generosity, finesse, and freshness, the wines of Domaine Les Cailloux in Châteauneuf-du-Pape always display a stunningly distinctive style. The Grenache grape variety dominates here, forging high-quality red wines both complete and refined, in contrast to the powerful Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines that are sometimes too powerful. As for the white wines, which include a large proportion of the Clairette grape variety, they are among the finest and most complete of the appellation. |
