The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Still relatively unknown from the general public, the Sérafin estate is one of those secret addresses that begs to be discovered at once. Family-owned and historic, located in Gevrey on the most beautiful parcels of grand cru and village wines, this 5-hectare estate is the ultimate find!

Finding such a gem in Burgundy has become almost unthinkable today, especially when the best sommelier in the world Olivier Poussier vouches for it... Our Selection Committee, which is always on the lookout for such treasures, has taken the measure of this talent and shares it with you before its price goes up!
Wine Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee, the 2017 Red Gevrey-Chambertin is a unanimous favorite. Made from the finest parcels in its area, it opens with a very pretty, fresh nose with notes of violets and macerated raspberries. The palate reveals a ripe, infused and fresh pinot, in a very classic style. This is a Gevrey of character, to be paired with a veal chop with sage or a duck breast with cherries. Open it two hours before serving to fully enjoy it.
