The tasting
Color Very dark red, very slight garnet tint, brilliant.
Nose An aromatic bouquet opening onto notes of truffles, wild blackberries, black licorice and well-mastered ageing. A wine of great purity, care and complexity.
Palate This wine seduces us with its straightforwardness, the curvature of its tannins and the noble texture of the Mourvèdre so well crafted. Its freshness, density and balance make this cuvée well-suited to long ageing.
