The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Family-run and independent, Maison Thiénot has firmly established itself on the finest Champagne parcels. A firm believer in fine, elegant wines from the appellation's finest terroirs, it offers a clear, fresh interpretation of its champagnes through an impressively accurate range.
Wine Elegant and flavorful, built in an airy style free of any heaviness, the 2007 Cuvée Alain Thiénot, a reference to the House's founder, reveals itself with grace and nuance. Fresh, toasty aromas, pastry, butter and praline notes, velvety texture, this is a champagne of great balance, harmonious and melted, with great persistence. A very fine cuvée for a meal, to be paired with fish in cream sauce or fine truffled poultry.
Vinification Harvested by hand, aged in cellars for 7 years.
