The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Brother of Jean-Baptiste from the Michel Bouzereau et Fils estate, Vincent Bouzereau possesses an extraordinary heritage of vines. Located in Meursault, this uncompromising winegrower cultivates 10 hectares of the finest terroirs, armed with a high standard of quality and expertise.

It is naturally that we went to meet with him, confident that we would find there an accomplished and honest vision of the Burgundy terroir. Highlighting to perfection the minerality of his Chardonnay wines, he takes care to preserve as much purity as possible, preserving through his maturation of wines of great character.
Wine Of great finesse, the 2020 red Beaune 1er Cru Pertuizots profiles a ripe and elegant pinot noir grape, with a fresh acidic undertone. A model of finesse and voluptuousness, already terribly charming but which will of course be able to hold out for a few more years. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, de-stemmed and placed in open vats for fermentation with temperature control. Daily punching down and pumping over according to the vintage.
Pressing and putting into barrels, maturing for about 18 months in oak barrels only, of which 30% are new.
