The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Dominique Lucas is the new king of the Savoy region. On the shores of Lake Geneva, this Burgundian by birth, who studied in Beaune and Vosne Romanée, is a fan of Chasselas. At the Vignes de Paradis estate, he produces confidential wines that sparkle with purity. Biodynamic viticulture, old vines, limited yields, and ripe grapes are the base of this masterpiece, a precision mechanism that thrills wine lovers in the entire world…
Wine The expression of a very ripe Chasselas, the 2020 white IGP Vin des Allobroges Un p'tit coin de Paradis displays a nose of warm apple, pear and tatin aromas. The palate has a lot of depth and roundness, a good volume and richness and purity. A striking white wine, an amazing discovery of the grape variety that can be kept for ten years or so. A Selection Committee Favorite.
Vinification Hand harvested in 2 or 3 passages, fermented at 16° in 500 liter demi-muids, then aged for 7 to 9 months.

Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.
