The estate and the wine Renowned for its fruit-forward wines, Maison Ventenac is one of the major assets of the Cabardès region. Specialists in varietal winemaking, Stéphanie and Olivier Ramé know better than anyone how to bring out the original fruitiness of their wines, with a gourmet touch at all times.
Wine The 2022 white Carole Pays d'Oc IGP is a sumptuous duo of chardonnay and gros manseng, delivering lovely floral notes with a hint of exoticism and fresh mint. The palate is taut, crisp and precise, without lacking in maturity; a very refreshing, precise ensemble, perfect for large tables. This Magnum comes just at the right moment, the convivial format par excellence!
Vinification Night-harvesting, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation in stainless steel tanks (18°) and malolactic fermentation for 25%, aged for two months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
