Wine The 2024 Diane Rosé from Cabardès is a refined and pure wine, led by elegant wild strawberry aromas set within a fresh, delicate aromatic profile. Built around Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Grenache and Syrah, it offers subtle citrus-tinged flavors with a crisp, lightly textured palate that still delivers satisfying volume. Unadorned and honest, this rosé shines as an apéritif or alongside marinated fish dishes.
Vinification Grapes are sorted and crushed. Fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
