The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Among the greatest Champagne houses, Veuve Clicquot stands out with its distinctly vinous style. It's one of the most reliable and sought-after names in the appellation, with each of its cuvées reflecting a unique character that has never been equaled.

With an exceptional vineyard featuring premier and grand cru sites and state-of-the-art production facilities, including barrel and foudre aging, Veuve Clicquot is renowned for its Carte Jaune cuvée—the best-selling Champagne in the United States.
Wine In 1818, Madame Clicquot broke with tradition by creating the very first rosé Champagne blend. Crafted from the traditional Brut Carte Jaune blend, it is enhanced with 12% specially selected red Pinot Noir, revealing a vibrant aromatic palette. Expect aromas of red and black fruits, along with spicy notes and a hint of brioche. This Pinot Noir dominance, achieved through a maceration process, provides structure, while the reserve wines contribute power and intensity. This cuvée is both indulgent and fresh, perfectly balanced and rich in flavor.
Vinification Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Meunier (20%) + 12% red wine. Reserve wine blend: up to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for 3 years in the chalk cellars.
Dosage: 9g/l.
