Vincent Girardin is at the top of the hierarchy of the great names of Burgundy. With unfailing regularity, his highly seductive wines express themselves in a modern style, both unctuous and concentrated, with great sensuality and a gorgeous texture.
Entirely converted to biodynamic farming and qualified as an "exceptional estate" by Robert Parker, Vincent Girardin produces wines that are among the most sought after by Burgundy wine lovers. |

With a remarkable intensity of fruit, the 2016 Pommard Vieilles Vignes is a powerful and complex wine. It is very colorful, and has beautiful black fruit, fresh cherry and red berry notes. It delivers a rather ambitious score, an opulent and complex palate capable of aging perfectly. It is a wine with a rich consistency, a very nice Pommard to pair with stewed meat or game. |
