Wine: Enfin 2005 is the estate's flagship wine, full and generous on entry. Mature and juicy, it's unbelievable how enjoyable this Syrah is.
Vinification: Hand harvested, the grapes are picked at maturity, and more often than not in several sortings. Gentle, carefully controlled pressing is carried out in order to draw out the best of the grape without altering it. The meticulous aging in casks or wooden vats is extremely unusual for wines from this region.
Color: Strong, deep colour
Nose: Very deep and complex yet very fresh on the nose with toasted, vanilla aromas.
Palate: The wine is dense on the palate yet has smooth, fine tannin and a hint of acidity that gives this wine a unique style.
Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C
Food and wine pairing: Red meats, game, cheeses.
Cellar aging: Enjoy up to and including 2020
