Wine: The 2009 Marsanne/Roussanne blend is a marvel. The vintage certainly helped but the result is nevertheless quite a feat. The magnificent notes of pear mingle in a slightly grainy, thick texture. This wine is a delight.

Nose: Magnificent on the nose, aromas of fresh grapes and lemon.

Palate: Fresh and uplifting on entry, then fuller, grainy, and very smooth on the palate, finishing with an attractive refreshing touch of white fruit (pear).

Cellar aging: Drink now
